Everyone procrastinates once in a while, even the most focused and productive people do it. But if it starts to occur more often than it should be, then you are slowly turning into a lazy couch potato. the feeling is always accompanied by being anxious, guilty, and even depressed. 3.) Make your self talk in a positive note. Instead of saying "I gotta..." or "I have to...", scrape it out and replace it with "I choose to..." and you have to recognize that you chose to do it. Because if you did not choose it, the do not do it in the first place.
4.) Make appointments with yourself. This could be administrative work, such as paying up bills or doing the groceries, or it can be a pleasure time such as catching up with a good book or pamper yourself with a massage. Whatever it is, treat it like how you treat an appointment with a human being (not that you aren't).
5.) One of the things that you can do on how to deal with procrastination is to spare 15 minutes of your time each day to check on the calendar and gather the things that needs to be done for tomorrow. That way you could be able to plan ahead for the next day.

It may take time to actually get used to this tips but when you already are familiar with it, you will just be surprised on how productive you are, more than what you can actually think of yourself.
